Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 3/8/2025

Welcome, and thank you for choosing our photo booth rental services! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and your booking with us. By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Deposit

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received and a signed agreement is on file.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a refund minus the 25% deposit.

  • Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.

  • One-time rescheduling is allowed at no charge if requested 14+ days in advance, subject to availability.

3. Service Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • A flat, sheltered, and accessible space for booth setup

  • Electrical access within 25 feet (standard 120V outlet)

  • Protection from weather, especially for outdoor events

We reserve the right to refuse setup if the area is unsafe or inaccessible, without refund.

4. Event Conduct & Equipment Care

  • The client is responsible for guest conduct during the rental period.

  • Damages to equipment caused by guests or venue staff may result in additional charges.

  • We reserve the right to end service early if equipment or staff are threatened or unsafe conditions arise.

5. Photo Usage

We may use event photos/videos for marketing purposes (e.g., website gallery, social media) only with your permission. You may opt out at any time.

6. Technical Issues

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, technical difficulties may occasionally arise:

  • If we are unable to start service due to our fault, a full refund will be issued.

  • If service is partially interrupted, a partial refund or time credit may be offered at our discretion.

7. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Power outages or venue limitations

  • Guest injuries unrelated to the use of our equipment

  • Lost or stolen photo prints or digital files after the event

Clients assume responsibility for any loss or damage caused by guests.

8. Bilingual Service

Se habla español. We are proud to offer support and service in both English and Spanish.

​

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with state law.
