Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our photo booth rental service for your event. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as fair and transparent as possible. Please review our refund policy below:

Booking Deposit

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. This deposit ensures that your date and services are reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations

More than 30 days before the event: If you cancel your booking more than 30 days in advance, any payment made beyond the 25% deposit will be refunded.
Within 30 days of the event: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. However, we may offer a credit toward a future booking, subject to availability.

Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. We allow one-time rescheduling with no penalty if:

Notice is given at least 14 days in advance
The new date is available

Additional rescheduling requests or changes within 14 days may result in a fee.

Outdoor Events & Weather

Clients hosting outdoor events must provide a flat, dry, and shaded area with protection from rain, direct sunlight, and wind. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe for equipment or staff, we reserve the right to refuse setup or request relocation of the booth.

In case of inclement weather: If proper coverage is not available and setup cannot occur, the deposit is non-refundable.
Weather-related rescheduling may be allowed at no extra cost if requested at least 48 hours before the event and the new date is available.

No-Show Policy

If we arrive at the event and are unable to set up or operate the booth due to venue restrictions, lack of access, or client no-show, no refund will be issued.

Event Interruptions

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances on our end (such as illness, equipment failure, or extreme weather), we will offer a full refund or reschedule your service at no additional charge.
